A BEGINNERS GUIDE TO THE MORPHIC ENERGY INSIDE YOUR BODY
DIRECTIONS
Find a place to sit where nothing will interrupt you for a few minutes. Find a quiet and peaceful location.
1. Take both of your hands and place them in front of your heart (right in front of your chest area) Be sure to keep them about 3 to 4 inches apart. Keep your hands and fingers relaxed as if you were holding an imaginary volley ball. Just like the picture to the left.
2. The next step is to look at your hands and imagine a ball of energy between your hands and fingers just like in the picture. You must remain very still as you envision this ball of pure power and amazing energy. Envision it full, pulsing and exploding through your fingers. Envision then energy is full of everything GOOD. In this energy is your happiness, confidence, pride, strength and talent. Envision the ball of energy as the source of EVERYTHING GOOD you are capable of.
3. Take very deep and slow breaths as you continue to think of a ball of white energy between your hands and fingers and keep very still for NO LESS then 3 minutes. It usually takes only 1 to 3 minutes to create a slight energy connection between your hands that you can feel but to be certain, stay VERY STILL and stay VERY CALM as you breath deep and envision the energy ball. REMEMBER TO CONCENTRATE & HAVE FAITH THAT THE BALL OF ENERGY WILL BE FELT. The more you practice, the more you will be able to make your Morphic Energy Sphere stronger and more intense,
4. The last part of this exercise is where you will actually FEEL this Amazing Morphic Energy RIGHT IN THE PALM OF YOUR HANDS. After you have concentrated for 2 or 3 minutes on your hands and keeping them still, start to move them roughly one to two inches inward and outwards as if you are squeezing the ball of energy. In other words, bring your hands roughly an inch or two closer and then apart. Do not move your fingers. Just move your hands in and out over and over.
NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY FEEL THE ENERGY AND NOT SEE IT. IT IS VERY SIMILAR TO HOLDING TO OPPOSING MAGNETS,
